1) Products & Sales
- We sell physical goods only (video games, consoles, accessories).
- All items are tested and verified prior to sale unless clearly marked as βUntested.β
- All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees beyond what is required by law.
2) Payments
- Online: processed via Stripe.
- In-person: cash accepted.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
3) Refunds & Returns
- No refunds or returns are accepted at this time.
- If an item is not as described, email LevelUp@GoodGamesWellPlayed.com and we will do our best to make it right.
4) Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to the United States only for purchases made on this website. International buyers can purchase via our eBay store.
- Orders ship within 1β2 business days of payment. Tracking is provided within that time.
- Delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier (USPS).
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Claims must be filed with USPS.
5) Accounts & Eligibility
- Customers may create an account for faster checkout and order history.
- You must be 18 years or older to register.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
6) Data & Privacy
- We collect personal information (name, shipping address, email) only to process and fulfill orders.
