Shipping Policy

Fast handling, careful packing

Our shipping policy is within 1–2 business days. All orders get safely bubble-wrapped and placed into an appropriately sized box/package for the item.

  • Each item gets a sticky shipping label applied.
  • Packages are dropped off directly at USPS or scheduled for pickup on the next business day after processing.
  • You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on the way.
When will my package arrive?

Transit time depends on USPS once we hand it off. Holidays and weather can add delays. Your tracking email will have the most up-to-date scan history.

Returns

Returns & “Not as Described”

At this time, due to the small nature of our company (run by my wife and me), we cannot accept normal returns. This is how we support our family.

If an item is truly not as described, please email LevelUp@GoodGamesWellPlayed.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Include your Order ID (or payment email).
  • Describe the issue and attach clear photos/video of the item and packaging.
  • Reach out as soon as possible after delivery so we can help quickly.

Shipping Issues

Damaged or lost in transit?

If your package arrives damaged or seems stuck in transit, contact us and we’ll help review the tracking and next steps.

  • Keep all packaging and take photos of the box, label, and item.
  • Share your USPS tracking number and Order ID.

Order & Tracking Help

If you can’t find your tracking email, or you need a hand looking up an order, use our tracker or reach out directly.

Tip: search your inbox for “Good Games Well Played” — confirmation and tracking emails usually pop right up.

Changes

Address changes & cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel, email us immediately. We can usually help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Once USPS has the package, we can’t reroute it — but we’ll assist however we can.

Transparency

Quality over quantity

We’d rather deliver one working game than ten scratched, broken ones. We care deeply about the process and preserving physical media as a whole.
