Resurfacing is not guaranteed to make a disc readable, and there is a small risk that resurfacing can
result in a disc no longer working. By using this service, you accept that all work is performed at your own risk
and Good Games Well Played is not liable for loss or damage.
We treat your items like our own. We do our best to keep everything in working order and will handle your discs
with care throughout the process.
How Mail-In Works
- Request an RMA — Email us with your name, return address, phone, and the number of discs.
We’ll reply with a reference RMA-#### and the current queue estimate.
- Ship your discs — Pack securely (no jewel cases needed unless you prefer).
Include a printout with your RMA and a list of titles.
Ship to:
Tip: Use a tracked service; we’re not responsible for packages until they’re checked in.
- We resurface & check — We’ll process your batch and perform basic readability checks where possible.
- Invoice & return shipping — We’ll email an invoice for
the resurfacing total + return shipping. Once paid, we ship your discs back with tracking.
Return Shipping
Charged at cost based on weight, service, and destination. We’ll quote this on your invoice before you pay.
Console Repair (TBD)
We’re exploring in-house console repair services (diagnostics, deep cleaning, HDMI/port issues, drive swaps, etc.).
