Summary: Since his parents ignore him, and his evil babysitter, Vicky, torments him endlessly, Timmy Turner has been given two nutty fairy godparents to grant his wishes and cheer him up. The problem is, godparents Wanda and Cosmo have broken the rules, giving Vicky all their lost powers, and breaking the rule book in a strange twist of events.
